Getting ready for your pet’s visit?
If your pet is visiting us for an emergency, a procedure, a dental cleaning or for boarding, please fill out the appropriate form using the link below.
Please review our current policies regarding in-office visits, so that you may know what to expect for your pet’s appointment.
Monday - Friday:
8 am - 7 pm
Saturday:
8 am - 4 pm
Sunday:
11 am - 12 pm*
*for boarding services or picking up hospitalized patients or picking up filled prescriptions

Please follow these steps to ensure that your visit goes smoothly!
When you arrive at our practice, please call our office to check in.
You may remain curbside or head into the practice where you may wait in the lobby. A technician will greet you either outside or in the lobby. Keep your phone audible - we may be calling you to let you know that we’re ready for your appointment!
When we’re ready for your pet’s visit, you will have the option to remain curbside or come into the exam room.
If you are coming to our office to drop off for surgery or an emergency, or to pick up a prescription, please call our office upon your arrival.

We offer a wide variety of surgical and dental procedures, all of which are performed using state-of-the-art equipment with your pet’s safety, comfort and well-being in mind.

Emergency
Our hospital includes separate dog and cat wards, as well as an intensive care unit, and is staffed by experienced technicians who are trained to administer treatments, monitor symptoms and assess for discomfort.

Boarding
Leaving your pet in the care of someone else can be stressful. We try to alleviate that stress while you’re away by keeping your pet happy and comfortable at our climate controlled indoor/outdoor boarding facility.
